Otolift is based in the Netherlands. Information submitted through the Sites is processed and stored within the European Union using secure Microsoft 365 systems.
When you submit a request through our Sites, your information is shared with Harmar Mobility, located in the United States. Once shared, Harmar Mobility independently determines how your information is processed.
By submitting your personal information to us, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your state or country of residence, including the Netherlands and the United States.

We will not sell or otherwise disclose your information, except as described in this section.
Generally, when you submit a request through the Sites, your personal information is shared with Harmar Mobility, our U.S. distribution and service partner. Harmar Mobility independently determines how your information is used after it is received.

We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Sites only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
